Color Cross is an entertaining puzzle game, inspired by the classic ‘paper graph picture’, that challenges players to uncover a mysterious image. The idea is to fill the canvas by painting the correct cells with the appropriate colors. You have to follow the clues given by the numbers on the top and left-side of the grid, and paint cells by dragging the mouse over the right ones. If you paint a wrong cell, a time penalty will be added to your final score.
There are two game modes to play, classic and arcade, and the difference between them is that the latter tests your reflexes with a time limit. In addition, there are many levels to play, and if you go on solving puzzles, parts of a bigger picture will be revealed and new and more challenging levels will be unlocked.
As you advance through levels, the canvas will become bigger, and there will be more colors to paint, which will significantly increase the game difficulty. Gameplay itself is quite absorbing, and what makes the game even more attractive is its colorful graphic interface with its cheerful music and sounds. Color Cross is suitable for all family members, and will be specially appealing for children.
A trial version of the game, with some restrictions though, can be used during 60 minutes, after which you will be asked to buy a license. |
